Overview
Lead, manage and professionalise Risk & Security Business Management, Analytics and Reporting capabilities (:10 FTE globally) in alignment with strategic program objectives. Own value realisation by overseeing and guiding execution of the Risk & Security mission from a financials, workforce and vendor management perspective (e.g., manage against workforce targets). Operate and evolve financial, workforce, and strategic vendor management, including to manage interfaces to relevant stakeholders and present in decision forums, e.g., workforce/sourcing meeting. Operate and evolve Analytics & Reporting capabilities used, e.g., for Board of Management and other C-level updates, Risk & Security committees, Local Entity Risk Committees, including to achieve report quality and messaging objectives in partnership with data owners and customers. Own, maintain and further develop the reporting platform; build a high performing team. Manage ad-hoc requests and continuous improvements; own relevant projects.

Knowledge And Skills
- 12+ years of experience with focus on business and program management, reporting/analytics, and transformation (having worked, e.g., as department CAO/COO, Chief of Staff, Program Manager and/or having led large PMO functions), in global, highly regulated financial service organisations.
- 6+ years in cyber security, cyber program management, ideally with one or more of the big players in the Insurance/Financial Services industry and with international experience.
- Track record in building/leading high performing, efficient business management functions (financials, workforce/capacity management, vendor management, etc.) in a matrix structure.
- Track record in building/leading high performing, efficient Cyber/Operations/IT Risk reporting functions (KPIs, KRIs, backend/tools (e.g., database, ETL processes), frontend (e.g., PowerBI), C-level messaging/presentations and aligning the same with various stakeholders, etc.).
- Strong pro-active and self-motivated driver, transformation agent, strategic thinker and communicator with a strong analytical and problem-solving skill, resilient, and flexible.
- Team player and stakeholder manager with confidence to engage various seniority levels.
