We are looking for a Digital Finance Analyst to join our team in London on a 12-month fixed‑term contract. Drive the transformation of the finance and actuarial function by identifying, designing and delivering solutions that automate manual work, improve data quality and enhance existing tools. Working closely with IT and cross‑functional business partners, you will scope and build new solutions, support their transition into production through training and stakeholder engagement, and leverage capabilities from across the Munich Group for local MRSG implementation. This role sits alongside Fusion, an ambitious project to change the ERP system. Depending on where the need is greatest, you may contribute directly to Fusion delivery, provide cover so others can focus on it, or carry the function's wider transformation and automation work through the project. Flexibility to move between these as priorities shift is part of the role.

- Review existing financial and actuarial processes to identify opportunities for automation and enhancements.
- Scope, design, build and test new solutions, utilizing the latest tools and best practices.
- Support the transition of new solutions from development to production, through stakeholder communication, in‑house training and shaping support models.
- Work in partnership with IT to explore and onboard leading software solutions that enhance how the finance and actuarial function operates.
- Work with cross‑functional business partners to support transformation projects end to end across various business functions.
- Explore and leverage solutions being used across the Munich Group for local MRSG implementation.

- Analytical, critical thinker with a problem‑solving attitude.
- Good communication skills and confident speaking to technical and business stakeholders.
- Relationship management: ability to partner and influence at all levels within an organisation.

- Innovation mindset with a proven record of process improvement, able to identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies and add value to drive projects forward.
