Consult senior stakeholders on talent needs, talent availability, and future workforce implications; advise on innovative and diverse talent approaches. Serve as the primary contact for recruitment topics within your business area, providing insights, coaching, and appropriate challenge.
- Candidate Engagement & Full-Cycle Acquisition: Engage and attract active and passive talent through Munich Re’s career narrative, bringing to life our value proposition, opportunities, and regional strengths. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including briefings, sourcing, screening, assessment, interviews, offer management, and closing. Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience by maintaining communication, motivation, and transparency at all stages.
- Market Insights & Data Analytics: Conduct and synthesise external market analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for the business. Provide data-driven recommendations to stakeholders and HRBPs to support strategic decision-making. Maintain accurate documentation on candidates and hiring processes, ensuring compliance through digital tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors).
- Support Regional Projects: Execute local, regional, or cross-business TA projects, contributing to process improvements, best practices, and the evolution of the global HR function. Collaborate closely with regional TA and HR communities, contributing to initiatives such as employer branding, early careers, sourcing strategies, DEI action plans, and technology enhancement.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Embed DEI principles at every stage of the recruitment lifecycle, challenging bias and championing inclusive hiring practices. Partner with regional DEI teams to activate programmes supporting diverse pipelines and equitable selection.
- Talent Pools & Future Skills: Build, nurture, and qualify regional talent pools for critical and emerging capabilities. Identify current and future talent gaps, advising business areas on workforce availability and alternative talent routes.
