- Cross-System Integration: Oversee end-to-end supply chain flows and maintain smooth integration between Oracle EBS and downstream platforms (Anaplan, SAP, ASCP).
- Escalation & Root Cause Analysis: Act as the primary escalation point for critical ERP issues, conducting deep root cause analysis (RCA) to deliver permanent fixes and prevent recurrence.
- Finance & Accounting Alignment: Utilize working knowledge of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, Costing, SLA) to resolve the accounting impacts of supply chain transactions and support period-end close activities.
- Vendor & Oracle SR Management: Direct Oracle Support (SR) interactions, managing diagnostics, bug fixes, patches, and solution deployments.
- Environment & Patch Management: Coordinate EBS 12.1 and 12.2 environment maintenance, including online patching (ADOP) cycles, upgrades, and system stability alongside infrastructure and DBA teams.
- Business & IT Bridge: Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance stakeholders to translate business needs into prioritized IT activities.
- Requirements, Testing & Deployment: Gather and document functional requirements while managing UAT, regression testing, SOP documentation, and change control.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all ERP activities adhere to audit requirements, internal compliance standards, and formal change management procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement across enterprise business systems.
- AI Initiative Integration: Proactively identify and embed AI-driven solutions into supply chain, manufacturing, and enterprise workflows to generate business value.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, IT (or equivalent professional experience) with deep hands-on expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1 and 12.2 environments.
- Supply Chain Mastery: Comprehensive functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules, with an end-to-end understanding of P2P and O2C business processes.
- Upgrades & Environment Management: Practical experience supporting EBS 12.1 to 12.2 migrations, online patching (ADOP), and upgrade-related activities.
- Skilled in writing and reviewing SQL code for top-down problem resolution, with strong working knowledge of Oracle workflows, concurrent processing, diagnostics, and Azure.
- Production Support & Ownership: Proven ability to independently troubleshoot complex SCM production issues, backed by a strong ownership mindset to drive technical fixes and enhancements to closure.
- Stakeholder & Business Partnering: Superior stakeholder management and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to building cross-functional partnerships.
- Highly detail-oriented, resilient, and adaptable, with a rigorous approach to delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- Financial & Advanced Module Knowledge would be advantageous: Working knowledge of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, Costing, SLA), ASCP, or supply chain-related intercompany accounting.
- Oracle EBS SCM/Technical certifications and familiarity with ITIL or service management processes is preferable.
