Role and Responsibilities
- Legal due diligence on existing contracts and identify legal risks relevant to Projects.
- Drafting, reviewing and managing contracts, corporate documents, corporate approvals and documents relevant to support legal aspects of Projects.
- Managing local and corporate counsel, proactive management of legal workstreams to ensure on‑time delivery of Project objectives and milestones.
- Ongoing and effective reporting of current status of workstreams.
- Collaboration with a wider Project team.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and guidelines.
What you’ll bring
- Law or other degree and qualification as lawyer in England & Wales or other Commonwealth jurisdiction.
- Proven post-qualified experience.
- Previous experience working on corporate projects and corporate structures would be ideal.
- Background experience working in a law firm would be preferred.
- Experience in drafting legal documentation.
- Pragmatic and solutions-focused.
- Confident and credible, demonstrating a proven track record of commitment and achievement.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, demonstrating initiative in process optimisation, and operational efficiency, with a strong sense of accountability.
- Analytical, organisational and project management skills to effectively manage tasks and projects.
- Previous Pharmaceutical industry experience may be advantageous but not essential.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to facilitate effective communication.
