We’re now looking for a Senior Finance Leader to partner Technical Operations and Supply Chain at a strategic level.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the VP Finance – Technical Operations, this is a highly visible leadership role within the Tech Ops Finance function. You will act as the strategic finance partner to Total Logistics and Technical Operations, supporting decision‑making across Supply Chain, Quality, Commercial clusters, and Central Finance. This role is ideal for a senior FP&A professional with strong Tech Ops, supply chain, and systems (SAP/Oracle) experience who thrives in fast‑paced, operationally complex environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead finance partnering for Total Logistics (freight, warehousing, distribution) and Technical Operations Opex, providing commercial insight and strategic challenge.
  • Own and continuously enhance the cost‑to‑serve framework, supporting service vs. cost trade‑offs and value optimisation across the supply chain.
  • Drive Tech Ops Opex governance, ensuring strong controls, clear accountability, and proactive risk and opportunity management.
  • Partner with Supply Chain on S&OP, demand and supply planning, delivering forward‑looking cost, volume, and service insights.
  • Provide financial leadership on Tech Ops and Total Logistics transformation projects, including 4PL integration and optimisation, with rigorous governance and benefits realisation tracking.
  • Own forecasting and budgeting cycles (Rolling Forecast, OB, MYE, YEE) for Technical Operations and Logistics.
  • Deliver monthly performance reporting with clear narrative, variance analysis, and executive‑level recommendations.
  • Manage financial interactions with external logistics partners and 4PLs, including commercial support, contract review, invoice governance, and transparency of savings delivery.
  • Act as a key finance lead for SAP and/or Oracle‑driven Tech Ops and Supply Chain processes, ensuring data quality, controls, and insight generation.

What You’ll Bring

  • Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience in FP&A, Opex management, and senior business partnering within Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or FMCG environments.
  • Strong working experience with SAP and/or Oracle, ideally supporting Tech Ops and supply chain finance processes.
  • Background in FMCG or highly operational, high‑volume environments strongly preferred.
  • Experience building and challenging business cases and supporting large‑scale transformation or optimisation initiatives.
  • Confident communicator able to influence senior stakeholders with clear, concise, and commercially focused insight.
  • Highly analytical, outcome‑driven, and comfortable operating in a global, matrix organisation.
  • Experience in pharma, healthcare, or regulated industries is a plus—but not essential.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
