The Team

This role will join the Pricing & Market Access team in driving Mundipharma’s pricing and tendering analytics & capabilities in creating a centre of excellence. This critical role shapes Mundipharma’s asset strategies and influences the commercial success of its portfolio. The role involves developing and implementing pricing and tendering analytics and insights capabilities, as well as establishing a value-based pricing & tendering approach and stakeholder engagement that reflect the value of Mundipharma’s assets, ensuring internal alignment and successful external stakeholder engagement to enable patient access to medicines and commercial success. The role scope will focus on Mundipharma's growth brands and established brands. Growth brands such as Rezzayo, Anerem and Foquest, Substitol, Nyxoid and Medifoam require a combination of support with launch, and geographic expansion, whilst the mature brand focus will be on growth and value retention. Occasional support for business development and licensing activities is also required.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of value-based pricing and tendering strategies to maximize patient access and commercial success.
  • Own and manage global pricing governance, processes, and frameworks to ensure consistent, value-driven decision-making.
  • Build and enhance pricing and tendering analytics capabilities, turning insights into actionable strategies for country-level execution.
  • Set a strategic roadmap for continuous improvement of pricing and tendering systems and processes.
  • Maximize product value through innovative pricing models that align with patient and healthcare system outcomes.
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement tools and frameworks to support product launches and geographic expansion.
  • Coach and mentor teams on pricing, tendering, contracting, and payer value recognition to drive local market excellence.
