Munchkin Sports is a long-established children’s sports and activity provider, supporting over 4,000 children every week across South London. We deliver After School Clubs, Wraparound Care, Weekend Sessions, Holiday Camps and school-based programmes. Role Overview
As the Wraparound Care Supervisor, you will help deliver our brand-new afternoon provision at a prestigious Putney primary school. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with children, creating engaging activities and supporting a positive after-school environment.
You will support the Wraparound Care Manager with:
- Supervising children aged 4–11
- Leading daily activities
- Creating a warm, engaging and inclusive environment
- Providing a friendly presence for families at collection time
What You’ll Do
Child Supervision & Wellbeing
- Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing
- Maintain a calm, welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
Activity Delivery
- Lead or support craft, games, sports and creative play
- Adapt activities so every child can join in
Snack Time & Transitions
- Oversee snacks and support transitions between activities
- Keep the environment tidy and organised
Equipment & Set-Up
- Assist with set-up, cleaning and pack-down
Parent Communication
- Greet parents and dismiss children safely
- Share updates and highlight achievements
Team Support
- Work closely with the Manager and coaching team
- Support with simple admin tasks where required
Holiday Camps (Optional)

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Warm, positive and enthusiastic
- Reliable, proactive and confident supervising groups
- Good at communicating with children and adults
- Creative and adaptable with activity-based play
- Safety-aware (safeguarding training provided)
- A supportive team player
Experience in childcare or coaching is helpful but not essential.
