Munchkin Sports is a leading early-years and youth sports provider, introducing more than 4,000 children to sport every week. Through creative, active play, we help children develop confidence, coordination, teamwork, and a lifelong love of movement. For over a decade, we have delivered PE lessons, after school clubs, wraparound care, birthday parties, holiday camps, and weekend sports across South East London. As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate leaders to manage and develop our wraparound provision.

You will manage and lead our term-time before and after school clubs, ensuring children have a safe, structured, and fun experience. You'll be responsible for a team of assistants, the smooth daily running of sessions, and delivering activities that promote confidence, physical development, and social skills.
A Typical Day
- 07:00 - 08:30: Morning Club
- Open provision and welcome children
- Lead activities, supervise staff, and maintain safety and routines
- Organise breakfast provision and free play or activities
- Plan upcoming sessions, organise resources, liaise with schools and parents and use the free time for your own personal commitments or routine
- Supervise children arriving from school
- Lead games, sports, arts & crafts, and enrichment activities
- Manage staff, delegate responsibilities, and ensure smooth operation
- Sign children out safely to parents/carers, wrap up equipment and clean spaces
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily wraparound provision with energy and creativity
- Manage and motivate a team of assistants
- Plan, prepare, and deliver safe and engaging activities
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff
- Maintain safeguarding, behaviour, and health & safety standards
- Manage resources, equipment, and the physical environment
- Communicate professionally and proactively with all stakeholders
- Represent Munchkin Sports positively at all times
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience managing or supervising a children's club, camp, or activity programme
- Confident working with primary-aged children (3-11)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and parent liaison skills
- Positive, proactive, and able to problem-solve in a busy environment
- Energetic, fun, and happy to engage children creatively
- Full UK driving licence preferred
