Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage and professionalise Risk & Security Business Management, Analytics and Reporting capabilities (~10 FTE globally) in alignment with strategic program objectives.
  • Own value realisation by overseeing and guiding execution of the Risk & Security mission from a financials, workforce and vendor management perspective (e.g., manage against workforce targets).
  • Operate and evolve financial, workforce, and strategic vendor management, including managing interfaces to relevant stakeholders and presenting in decision forums, e.g., workforce/sourcing meetings.
  • Operate and evolve Analytics & Reporting capabilities used, e.g., for Board of Management and other C-level updates, Risk & Security committees, Local Entity Risk Committees, including achieving report quality and messaging objectives in partnership with data owners and customers.
  • Own, maintain and further develop the reporting platform; build a high performing team.
  • Manage ad-hoc requests and continuous improvements; own relevant projects.

Knowledge and Skills

  • 12+ years of experience with a focus on business and program management, reporting/analytics, and transformation (having worked, e.g., as department CAO/COO, Chief of Staff, Program Manager and/or having led large PMO functions), in global, highly regulated financial service organizations.
  • 6+ years in cyber security, cyber program management, ideally with one or more of the big players in the Insurance/Financial Services industry and with international experience.
  • Track record in building/leading high performing, efficient business management functions (financials, workforce/capacity management, vendor management, etc.) in a matrix structure.
  • Track record in building/leading high performing, efficient Cyber/Operations/IT Risk reporting functions (KPIs, KRIs, backend/tools (e.g., database, ETL processes), frontend (e.g., PowerBI), C-level messaging/presentations and aligning the same with various stakeholders, etc.).
  • Strong pro-active and self-motivated driver, transformation agent, strategic thinker and communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resilient, and flexible.
  • Team player and stakeholder manager with confidence to engage various seniority levels.
