Salary: ÂŁ40,000 per annum
Full Time Position, with 2 days per week in our Kentish Town Office
Weâre on the hunt for a highly organised, proactive People & Workplace Operations Manager to join Mumsnet. This is a broad, handsâon role at the centre of our organisation, combining People Operations, Office Management and Executive Support. Youâll work closely with the leadership team to keep our workplace running smoothly, support our people and ensure our operations are efficient, compliant and costâeffective.
If you enjoy variety, take pride in keeping things running well and like being the calm, capable person teams rely on, this role could be a great fit.
Who we are
Mumsnet is the UKâs biggest website for parents, and our purpose is to make their lives easier. Weâve got some of the busiest forums in Europe, with users offering each other advice and support 24 / 7 (as well as more content, bloggers, videos, events and campaigns than you can shake a rattle at). We want to be indispensably useful for parents, and a great place to work.
Why work for us?
We focus on steady, sustainable growth, putting purpose (to make parentâs lives easier) before profit. We expect great performance, agility and collaboration in every role; crossâteam working with talented, clever people is the best part of life at Mumsnet. Most importantly weâre looking for candidates with a growth mindset â we know everyone makes mistakes, the important thing is to learn from them and to share your learnings.
We embraced flexible and home working a long time before COVID, and we care much more about outputs than hours on the clock. We don\ât only want to hire the best people : we want to retain them. If you need some flexibility, let us know and weâll do our best.
Weâre committed to diversity and equality (see our policy here ) and we think weâre second to none in the allâround support we offer to parents and carers at work (see our parental leave policies here ). Working for Mumsnet means never having to pretend you donât have a family or other commitments, and we promise never to keep you away from a school appointment.
We have a healthy lineâup of sandwich lunches, knowledge sessions, monthly socials and sports teams, as well as an unhealthy lineâup of staff parties at Kentish Townâs excellent pubs and restaurants.
