As the business continues its exciting expansion, we're searching for an experienced, commercially minded Head of Creative Design to take ownership of creative direction across the entire portfolio, leading brand development, campaign execution and visual storytelling while delivering best-in-class creative that supports commercial growth.

You'll lead the creative vision across a portfolio of premium hospitality venues, ensuring every guest touchpoint reflects the quality, personality and ambition of the brands. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Operations and Leadership, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on creative execution to deliver impactful campaigns, compelling brand experiences and exceptional design across digital, print and motion.

From developing concepts for new venue openings to producing high-quality campaign assets and leading external creative partners, you'll be responsible for ensuring every piece of creative work enhances brand perception, engages guests and supports business performance and growth.

What you'll lead

  • Creative Leadership & Brand Development
    • Own the creative vision across multiple premium hospitality brands.
    • Protect and evolve brand identity across every guest-facing channel.
    • Develop compelling creative concepts that support marketing and commercial objectives.
    • Ensure consistency, quality and innovation across all creative output.
  • Brand Launches & Creative Innovation
    • Lead the creative development for new venue openings, partnerships and major campaigns.
    • Develop visual concepts, campaign narratives and presentation materials for key business initiatives.
    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to transform commercial objectives into engaging guest experiences.
    • Identify opportunities to evolve the creative direction of the business while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Design & Content Creation
    • Oversee the creation of digital, print and in-venue marketing assets.
    • Produce creative for websites, paid media, CRM, social media and promotional campaigns.
    • Design menus, signage, event collateral and guest communications.
    • Ensure all creative assets are delivered accurately, consistently and to the highest standard.
  • Motion Graphics & Digital Storytelling
    • Increase the use of motion graphics and animated content across digital channels.
    • Create engaging video and motion assets that strengthen campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with photographers, videographers and external creative specialists.
    • Continually explore new ways to enhance storytelling through dynamic creative content.
  • Campaign Delivery & Project Management
    • Lead creative projects from initial concept through to final execution.
    • Support venue launches, seasonal campaigns and high-profile events.
    • Manage multiple priorities while delivering consistently high-quality work within deadlines.
    • Ensure all creative is optimised for channel, audience and commercial objectives.
  • Creative Operations & Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Build efficient creative workflows and maintain organised asset libraries.
    • Manage relationships with external agencies, printers and creative suppliers.
    • Act as the trusted creative advisor across the wider business.
    • Present ideas confidently to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Who we're looking for

This opportunity would suit an established Head of Creative, Creative Lead, Design Director, Senior Graphic Designer ready for the next step, or Senior Creative Manager with significant hands-on design expertise. Above all, we're looking for an exceptional graphic designer who has progressed into a senior creative leadership role without losing their passion for creating outstanding work.

You'll be equally comfortable setting the creative vision as you are opening Adobe Creative Suite and bringing ideas to life yourself. You'll have a naturally strong eye for design, typography, layout and visual storytelling, with a portfolio that demonstrates beautiful, commercially effective creative across branding, digital, print, motion and guest-facing experiences.

You'll bring

  • Extensive graphic design experience, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional branding, identity, digital, print and campaign design across premium consumer, hospitality or lifestyle brands.
  • Hospitality, luxury or premium consumer brand experience would be highly advantageous.
  • Significant experience leading creative strategy across multiple brands or business units while remaining hands-on in the delivery of high-quality design.
  • Proven experience developing creative concepts, presentations and campaign direction.
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing creative, user engagement and brand storytelling.
  • Exceptional graphic design fundamentals, including typography, composition, colour, layout, visual hierarchy and brand identity development.
  • Outstanding project management and stakeholder communication experience.
  • Strong motion graphics and animation capability would also be advantageous.
