p strong Operations Director /strong /p p strong Premium Fast Casual Food/QSR Group /strong /p p strong London /strong /p p strong circa £130,000 salary plus bonus and benefits /strong /p p br /p p I’m partnering with a high-growth, premium fast casual food/QSR group to appoint an exceptional Operations Director to lead operational performance across its growing London estate. /p p br /p p With an established portfolio of sites and ambitious plans, this is a senior leadership role with genuine ownership, influence and impact. /p p br /p p Working closely and reporting into the founder and senior leadership team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the business is commercially strong, brilliantly run and consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience. /p p br /p p This is an opportunity for someone who can see the big picture without ever losing sight of the detail. You’ll understand the numbers, know what brilliant multi-site operations look like, build exceptional leaders and, crucially, turn strategy into action. /p p br /p p You’ll be joining a collaborative, ambitious and values-led business at an exciting point in its journey, with the opportunity to make a very visible impact on its next stage of growth. /p p br /p p strong The role /strong /p p br /p p We are looking for someone to take overall leadership of operational performance across the estate, creating the structure, accountability and ways of working needed to support the business as it continues to grow. /p p br /p p Your remit will include: /p p br /p ul li Leading operational performance across a multi-site London estate /li li Taking ownership of P L, labour, productivity and overall commercial performance /li li Driving consistently high guest experience and operational standards /li li Leading, coaching and developing the Operations team /li li Creating clear accountability around site performance and execution /li li Supporting new openings and ensuring operational readiness as the business grows /li li Maintaining exceptional standards across food safety, compliance and operational risk /li li Working closely with Culinary, People Culture, L D, Finance and Facilities teams /li li Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, profitability and ways of working /li li Building scalable operational structures and processes that enable sustainable growth /li /ul p br /p p You will: /p p br /p ul li already be operating at a senior level within a high-growth, multi-site hospitality, restaurant or food business /li li have a strong track record of leading complex operations and delivering commercial results. /li li be commercially sharp and genuinely people-focused /li li be equally comfortable discussing strategy with founders and senior leaders /li li happily spend time in sites understanding what is really happening on the ground /li li know how to use data and insight to drive performance /li li also understand that great hospitality businesses are built by great people. /li li be confident challenging, coaching and holding senior operators accountable while creating an environment in which talented people can perform at their best /li li have experience of growth, new openings and building operational infrastructure within an evolving business will be particularly valuable. /li /ul p br /p p Most importantly, you’ll bring the energy, ambition and commercial mindset to help shape what comes next. /p p br /p p strong What success looks like /strong /p p br /p ul li A consistently high-performing estate with clear operational standards /li li Strong commercial performance across sales, labour, productivity and profitability /li li An Operations team with clear ownership, accountability and leadership capability /li li Brilliant and consistent guest experiences across every location /li li New openings that are operationally ready and set up to succeed from day one /li li Strong collaboration between Operations and central support functions /li li Scalable systems and ways of working that support continued growth /li /ul p br /p p 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼/𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗲𝗱𝗜𝗻 𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆.
