  • Planning and delivering events end-to-end, ensuring seamless handover to Operations
  • Being the primary client contact pre-event and during key moments where required
  • Leading post-event follow-up to drive reviews, referrals and repeat bookings
  • Using CRM systems with discipline: accurate pipelines, forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Operations and fellow venue teams

  • Strong enquiry response times and high conversion rates
  • Increased repeat business through great relationships and aftercare

  • Clear visibility on performance, opportunities and risks
  • Consistent contribution to filling quieter trading periods

About you:

  • Experience in hospitality sales and events (multi-site a plus)
  • Confident managing enquiries, pricing and proposals end-to-end
  • Commercially sharp with a strong eye on margin and upsell
  • Highly organised, calm under pressure and great with people
  • Comfortable networking and building relationships in the local market
  • Collaborative, proactive and detail-oriented
