As digital continues to become a key driver of revenue, we're searching for an experienced, commercially minded Head of Digital Marketing to take ownership of the entire digital ecosystem, leading acquisition, conversion and retention strategies while delivering measurable business growth.
The role
You'll own the digital performance strategy across a portfolio of premium hospitality venues, ensuring every customer touchpoint is optimised to maximise bookings, revenue and long-term customer loyalty. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll combine analytical thinking with commercial insight to develop digital strategies that directly impact business performance. From paid media and SEO through to website optimisation and CRM, you'll be responsible for turning data into action and marketing investment into profitable growth. You'll also lead external agency relationships, challenge performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement and ensure every channel is aligned with wider commercial objectives.
What you'll lead
- Digital Growth & Performance
- Develop and deliver high-performing paid media strategies across search, social and retargeting.
- Maximise return on investment through continuous optimisation of campaigns, audiences and budgets.
- Monitor acquisition costs, conversion performance and revenue generation.
- Deliver clear commercial reporting with actionable recommendations.
- Take ownership of website performance across multiple brands and venues.
- Improve booking journeys and customer conversion through UX and CRO initiatives.

- Own the long-term SEO strategy across the business.
- Lead agency partners to deliver measurable improvements in rankings, traffic and revenue.
- Drive technical SEO, local search optimisation and content performance.

This opportunity would suit an established Head of Digital Marketing, Senior Digital Marketing Manager or Growth Marketing leader looking to take ownership of digital performance within a fast-paced, premium consumer environment.
You'll bring:
- Extensive experience leading performance-focused digital marketing strategies.
- Strong expertise across paid media, SEO, website optimisation and customer acquisition.
- Proven experience managing external agencies and digital partners.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, attribution modelling and performance analytics.
