The role This destination venue is dynamic – an exceptional food and drink offer, entertainment, events, private hire and high guest expectations across every daypart. You’ll be the driving force behind performance, culture and experience, leading a team from the front, setting the rhythm of the floor, and ensuring every moving part operates seamlessly. You’ll think like an owner, act like a host and lead like a coach. As General Manager you will be expected to work five out of seven days, leading and supporting the operational team as needed at peak trading times including evenings. What you’ll lead Culture
