Innovative, experience-led hospitality business based in London/South East (predominantly remote with regional travel) offering a salary of circa £60,000 plus a £6,000 bonus.

We’re partnering with an innovative, experience-led hospitality business to appoint a commercially minded and creatively driven Experience, Programming & Partnerships Manager. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of hospitality, music, culture, entertainment and brand experience. The business is looking for a dynamic operator who can turn trends, partnerships and big ideas into commercially successful programming, events and venue experiences across a vibrant multi-site estate.

Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of music strategy, experiential programming, partnerships, gaming concepts, food residencies and venue innovation - helping shape customer experience and drive revenue growth across a diverse portfolio.

The role

Reporting into the Head of Operations, the Experience, Programming & Partnerships Manager will lead the strategic and commercial delivery of entertainment, events, partnerships and experiential growth initiatives. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering estate-wide events and entertainment strategy
  • Creating commercially successful experiences, festivals, club nights and activations
  • Building partnerships with promoters, brands, universities, creatives and operators
  • Leading music programming, venue identity and entertainment direction
  • Driving competitive social gaming initiatives and new revenue streams
  • Supporting venue development, investment projects and experiential fit-outs
  • Overseeing food franchise partnerships and commercial performance
  • Ensuring strong AV, sound and technical standards across venues
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Property and Finance teams

About you/what we’re looking for:

  • Experience within hospitality, nightlife, entertainment, events or culture-led businesses
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, partnerships and ROI
  • A proven background in experiential programming, business development or brand activation
  • Strong networks across music, entertainment, food, events or creative industries
  • The ability to balance creativity with operational delivery
  • Confidence influencing stakeholders across multiple departments
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for hospitality and culture
