Role Overview As a Data Analyst, you will drive data-informed decisions, build and maintain reporting tools, and support stakeholders with insights into our fulfilment operations. Your analytical skills will help identify improvements and automate processes. Responsibilities include: Partner with Fulfilment Operations to understand data needs and develop tools. Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to inform actions for continuous improvement. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies. Create and maintain dashboards using tools like G-sheets, Metabase, Tableau, and Salesforce. Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. Monitor KPIs, suggest improvements, and contribute to data-driven strategies. Support team enablement and training on new tools. About You Required: 3+ years experience as a Data or Business Analyst. Proficiency in G-sheets; SQL knowledge is a plus. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Desirable: Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, R). Experience in EdTech or fast-growth startups.
