The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Systems Administrator to join our GTM Systems team at Multiverse. This role is designed for a Salesforce professional who enjoys the balance of declarative configuration (clicks) and programmatic execution (code). You will serve as a vital link between business logic and technical delivery. You will prioritise maintainable, low‑code solutions while having the technical expertise to maintain and extend our Salesforce codebase (Apex/LWC) as we scale across our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Delivery: Design and implement high‑quality solutions, using Advanced Flow orchestration as a primary tool and utilising Apex or LWC for more complex logic.
- Technical Stewardship: Maintain and improve the Multiverse Salesforce codebase. Audit and refactor existing triggers and classes to ensure system efficiency and health.
- Architecture & Data Design: Create scalable data schemas and object relationships that support long‑term platform stability and growth.
- Collaborative Discovery: Partner with RevOps and GTM leadership to turn business needs into technical solutions, offering guidance on “build vs. buy” decisions.
- Ecosystem Management: Support the technical health of our GTM tools (e.g., Gong, LeanData, Clay), managing API connections and ensuring smooth data synchronisation.
- Release Management: Coordinate the deployment process using Git‑based tools or Change Sets, ensuring thorough testing and a smooth user experience.
- Process Improvement: Proactively identify areas of “technical debt” and work to streamline automations to improve daily workflows for our internal teams.
What You’ll Bring
- Salesforce Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a focus on senior or advanced administrative functions.
- The “Hybrid” Skillset: Proficiency in Salesforce Flow and a working knowledge of Apex and LWC. Comfortable reading and debugging code to solve problems.
- GTM Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Lead‑to‑Cash lifecycle and how various departments (Sales, Marketing, Success) interact with CRM data.
- Solution‑Oriented Thinking: A proactive approach to diagnosing automation issues and implementing scalable, permanent fixes.
- Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical partners to ensure everyone is aligned on goals.
- Tools & Certifications: Experience with GTM tools (e.g., LeanData, Gong) and a curiosity about how AI can enhance these systems. Required: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and Platform App Builder. Preferred: Platform Developer I (PDI).
Benefits
- Time off – 27 days holiday, plus 5 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days, 2 company‑wide wellbeing days (M‑Powered Weekend) and 8 bank holidays per year.
- Health & Wellness – private medical insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Wellhub and access to Spill – all in one mental health support.
- Hybrid work offering – for most roles we collaborate in the office three days per week with the exception of Coaches and Instructors who collaborate in the office once a month.
- Work‑from‑anywhere scheme – you’ll have the opportunity to work from anywhere, up to 10 days per year.
- Space to connect – beyond the desk, we make time for weekly catch‑ups, seasonal celebrations, and have a kitchen’s always stocked!
