The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable AI Workshop Lead with working knowledge in training, tuning, deploying, and monitoring classical and deep Machine Learning models. As an AI Workshop Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality curriculum and mentoring learners, guiding them professionally and will be involved in continuous improvement of relevant learning products.

The Multiverse coaching team is a diverse mix of industry experts, educators, and academics, working together to build the future of work. You will be part of this team, reporting to a Delivery Lead who will guide your development.
To ensure a strong start, you will complete a 3-week onboarding programme, covering:
- Modern teaching methodologies - for a hands-on, engaging learning experience
- Technical upskilling - to align with the relevant apprenticeship standard
- Practical coaching opportunities - a rigorous, robust feedback process to get you ready to launch your programme
At the end of onboarding, you will be ready to support Multiverse apprentices, helping them develop technical expertise and industry-relevant skills relating to the ML domain and drive impact within their businesses.
Specifically, you will:
As an instructor, you will be responsible for the delivery of our technical content and supporting our apprentices in upskilling in these technical areas through workshops and drop-in sessions. You will help apprentices develop the appropriate Knowledge, Skills.
