Responsibilities
- Capital Raising & Investor Engagement: Conduct market research and investor mapping to identify top-tier VCs, growth funds, sovereign investors, and strategic backers. Support investor conversation tracking and ensure a tightly run process. Engage with all our advisors and ensure data requests and process requests are met on time.
- Investor Material and Due Diligence: Support the refinement of an end-to-end equity story for venture capital and growth equity fundraising. Assist in preparing and keeping up-to-date investor materials, including pitch decks, financial models, and data room documentation. Work with all internal teams to support investor Q&A, detailed financial/commercial/technical/legal due diligence. Support legal and funding teams in successful negotiation of terms, drafting of term sheet and definitive documentation, cap table finalisation etc.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for AI (& Quantum) Technologies – You’re excited about LLMs, AI, optimisation, and next-gen computing. Ideally have some experience working with fast-growth start-ups/scale-ups or tech companies.
- Strong Analytical & Financial Skills – Background and a prior internship in VC, investment banking, financial consulting, is a plus.
- Top-Tier Education – Final-year student or recent graduate from a leading university (MSc, PhD, MBA preferred).
- Outstanding Communication & Presentation Skills – Ability to distil complex ideas into compelling investor narratives.
- Entrepreneurial & Strategic Mindset – Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments.
Location: Applicants must have legal authorisation to work in the country where the position is based.
