We are actively looking for a Regional Project Coordinator to join our team based full-time out of Head Office in Great Dunmow office.

- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the construction or related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and proficient multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in document processing and management.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and professional assistance through various communication channels.
- Collaborate with the Contract Manager to create, raise, and update quotes, and allocate and schedule works efficiently.
- Perform general administration duties, including document filing, emailing, and document submission.
- Process and price weekly record vouchers accurately, aligning them with quotations, price lists, and commercial agreements.
- Ensure timely submission of applications and supporting documentation within specified timeframes.
- Calculate plant hire charges precisely, considering relevant factors.
- Process final account agreements promptly and accurately.
- Investigate customer account queries, compile relevant information, and provide supporting documentation as necessary.
- Deliver excellent customer service, promptly addressing customer needs and contributing to enhanced customer relations.
