We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as a Multi-Skilled Operative. This is a varied hands-on role involving textile repairs, machine operation, quality control, and product handling within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and sew textile products by hand
- Operate semi-automatic machinery
- Transport and handle products throughout the production process
- Carry out quality control inspections and record information using a computerised touch-screen system
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Work safely while helping to maintain a clean and organised workplace
- Follow quality and performance targets
Due to the nature of the role, good manual dexterity is essential. Once trained, workdays are typically split between sitting while carrying out textile repairs and standing while operating machinery. Some lifting is required.

Working Hours

- Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Friday: 7:30am – 12.30pm
- 3 on / 3 off shift pattern
- 6:00am – 6:00pm day shifts
