Our client, a well-established manufacturer of cosmetic and personal care products based in Leyland, is looking to recruit an organised and proactive Administrator to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Processing orders and updating internal systems accurately.
- Maintaining production, stock, and customer records.
- Assisting with purchase orders and supplier communications.
- Preparing delivery and shipping documentation.
- Supporting production and warehouse teams with administrative tasks.
- Data entry and maintaining accurate company records.
- Filing, scanning, and organising documentation.
- Assisting with stock reporting and inventory administration.
- Providing general office support to management and colleagues.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
