About the Role
Our client is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a business committed to sustainability and recycling, playing an important role in helping to reduce waste and support environmentally responsible practices.
This is a physically demanding role that requires a proactive, hardworking individual who can remain focused and productive throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating recycling and processing machinery safely and efficiently.
- Loading, unloading, and processing mattresses and recyclable materials.
- Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling duties.
- Monitoring machinery and reporting any faults or maintenance requirements.
- Sorting and separating recyclable components.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable working in a physically demanding role involving heavy lifting.
