Total Jobs Recruitment is currently recruiting for FLT Drivers / Production Operatives to work within a fast-paced manufacturing/production setting in the Burnley area. This role is ideal for candidates who are hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating Forklift Trucks (Counterbalance) to support production processes
  • Supplying materials to production lines and removing finished goods
  • Assisting with the running of production lines
  • Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
  • Carrying out general production duties as required
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
  • Following all health & safety and production procedures
What We’re Looking For
  • Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred)
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexible and reliable approach to work
