Total Jobs Recruitment is currently recruiting for FLT Drivers / Production Operatives to work within a fast-paced manufacturing/production setting in the Burnley area. This role is ideal for candidates who are hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating Forklift Trucks (Counterbalance) to support production processes
- Supplying materials to production lines and removing finished goods
- Assisting with the running of production lines
- Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
- Carrying out general production duties as required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Following all health & safety and production procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred)
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible and reliable approach to work
