We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee works within a live high security environment in the UK. This is a key leadership role requiring strong operational control, strict compliance management, and the ability to deliver projects safely and efficiently within a highly regulated environment.
Due to the nature of the site, this role requires high levels of professionalism, integrity, and adherence to strict security procedures. Candidates must be eligible for EL1 or EL2 and CTC clearance.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations within a live high security environment
- Supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and site security protocols
- Deliver works safely, on programme, and within budget
- Manage RAMS, permits, inductions, and site documentation
- Conduct regular quality inspections and progress reporting
- Liaise closely with facility management, project managers, and stakeholders
- Coordinate materials and logistics in line with operational restrictions
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager (Construction or FM background)
- SMSTS (Black Card)
- First Aid at Work (Preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of H&S legislation
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience in secure or high-compliance environments desirable
- Eligible for EL1 or EL2 and CTC security clearance
