We are currently seeking careful, focused and reliable individuals to join our production team as Assemblers. This role requires a high level of precision and a delicate touch when handling and assembling components. The Role:
- Assemble small and delicate components to create finished products in line with detailed specifications.
- Handle parts with care to prevent damage and ensure precision assembly.
- Follow detailed instructions and diagrams to complete tasks accurately.
- Inspect and test components to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace.
- Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet production deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Excellent attention to detail and a steady, careful approach to work.
- Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with small or delicate parts.
- The ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when required.
- A strong commitment to quality and consistency.
- Previous assembly or production experience.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:45am – 4:15pm
- Friday: 7:45am – 1:15pm
This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to secure a permanent contract after 12 weeks.
