We are currently seeking careful, focused and reliable individuals to join our production team as Assemblers. This role requires a high level of precision and a delicate touch when handling and assembling components. If you take pride in detailed work and enjoy working with your hands, we would like to hear from you.

The Role:

  • Assemble small and delicate components to create finished products in line with detailed specifications.
  • Handle parts with care to prevent damage and ensure precision assembly.
  • Follow detailed instructions and diagrams to complete tasks accurately.
  • Inspect and test components to ensure quality standards are consistently met.
  • Maintain a clean, organised and safe workspace.
  • Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet production deadlines.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Excellent attention to detail and a steady, careful approach to work.
  • Good manual dexterity and the ability to work with small or delicate parts.
  • The ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when required.
  • A strong commitment to quality and consistency.
  • Previous assembly or production experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:45am – 4:15pm
  • Friday: 7:45am – 1:15pm

This is a full-time position of 37.5 hours per week. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to secure a permanent contract after 12 weeks.
