Our client is an accountancy practice that specialises in supporting sole traders and small businesses with practical, straightforward advice. The firm provides accountancy advice and offers a comprehensive range of services, including Self-Assessment tax returns, Bookkeeping, Payroll, VAT returns, CIS returns, Limited Company accounts, and Making Tax Digital compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience preparing Corporation Tax returns for Ltd companies using TaxCalc Software is essential
- Submitting Limited Company Confirmation Statements to Companies House
- Be able to use QuickBooks to help out with quarterly VAT returns
- Resolving VAT queries and identifying opportunities to improve compliance and efficiency.
About You
- Worked in accountancy practice prior, unfortunately industry-based accountancy will not be the right fit for this role.
- Proficient in TaxCalc - Accountancy and Tax Return Software
- Trained in QuickBooks
- AAT Level 3 qualified
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
