Multitask Personnel are pleased to be working with one of the UK's leading family-owned development, construction and property maintenance companies.
Due to an increase in workload, we are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join their office in Kings Norton, Birmingham on a 3-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Scanning survey documentation and uploading it to Share Point within the relevant property address folders.
- Maintaining and updating trackers for completed surveys.
- Re-scheduling appointments by letter for properties where access was not gained.
- Managing the freephone line and handling inbound calls from residents wishing to rearrange appointments.
- Providing additional ad hoc administrative support as required.
- The Ideal Candidate
- Previous administration experience.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
