Working hours: Monday to Friday – 09:00–17:00

We are currently recruiting for an experienced FM Helpdesk Scheduler / Planner to join a busy facilities management operation based at the Sheffield head office. This is a key coordination role, responsible for scheduling engineers, managing maintenance requests and ensuring high service levels are delivered to clients.

The Role - Scheduler / Planner

  • Acting as the first point of contact for service requests via phone, email and systems
  • Logging and prioritising jobs using a CAFM system
  • Scheduling reactive, planned and preventative maintenance works
  • Coordinating engineers and subcontractors to meet SLAs
  • Monitoring job progress and updating systems accurately
  • Supporting reporting, compliance records and general helpdesk administration

The Ideal Candidate - Scheduler / Planner

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk, scheduling or planning role within FM or building services
  • Confident using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Able to work calmly in a fast-paced, reactive environment
