Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Salary: Starting Amount £33,053, On-Call £1,950 per annum + Overtime available after 37.5 hours Monday to Friday (1.5X)

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are recruiting for an experienced Floor Layer to join a growing commercial flooring team covering South Yorkshire and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have proven experience installing a range of floor coverings, with particular expertise in vinyl, safety flooring and Altro products. The role involves working across commercial (mainly hospitality settings) delivering high-quality flooring installations and repairs.

Key Duties:

  • Installation of vinyl and Altro safety flooring
  • Cap & cove fitting
  • Hot weld and cold weld flooring
  • Floor preparation and latex screeding
  • Reactive repairs and planned installation works

Requirements:

  • Proven experience fitting vinyl and Altro flooring
  • Experience with cap & cove and hot welding
  • CSCS Card preferred
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high standards
