Our client is seeking an experienced Electrical Project and Contracts Manager to join their team and take control of 2 large scale projects with a total value of £6m. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking contractor working on a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion
- Oversee project delivery to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Monitor project progress, costs, and resources, providing regular updates
- Lead site teams and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale electrical projects (£1M+)
- Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ, HNC/HND, or equivalent)
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively
- Commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
