Compliance Administrator

Location: Doncaster Head Office (Office-based) | Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 | Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 DOE

Multitask Personnel are pleased to be partnering with well-established manufacturing business operating across multiple sites in the UK and Ireland. We are recruiting a Compliance Administrator to join their Doncaster head office and play a key role in supporting group-wide compliance.

This position will support regulatory, quality, and health and safety compliance, ensuring documentation is accurate, audits are well‑prepared and standards are applied consistently across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining compliance records, certifications and controlled documentation
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Tracking corrective actions, renewals and key compliance deadlines
  • Assisting with health and safety, quality and regulatory administration
  • Liaising with site teams and external regulatory bodies

About You

  • Previous experience in compliance, quality, health and safety or regulated administration
  • Background within manufacturing or industrial environments is highly desirable
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident working in a structured, office‑based role supporting multiple sites
