Job Title: Multi-Skilled Joiner (Tenanted Properties)
Location: Salford
Salary: Β£22.50ph
Contract: 3 Months
Responsibilities for the Multi -Skilled Joiner:
As a Multi-Skilled Joiner, your duties will include:
- Repairing, renewing, and fitting roofing trusses for traditional, hips, and valleys
- Repairing, renewing, and fitting soffit fascia and barge boards
- Repairing and renewing ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, and T&G or sheet flooring
- Repairing, renewing, and fitting doors, door casings, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards, and ducting panelling
- Repairing and installing kitchen units, worktops, and decorative finishes
- Repairing, replacing, and fitting ironmongery to doors and windows
- Repairing and renewing timber and UPVC window frames
- Reglazing timber fencing and gates
- Multi-trade duties including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling, and minor groundwork activities
Requirements for the Multi-Skilled Joiner:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have completed a recognized Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3) in Joinery
- Have experience working as a Multi-Skilled Joiner
- Be competent in all aspects of joinery
- Have plastering experience (desirable)
- Have the ability to carry out multi-skill trades
- Have experience working in a social housing environment
- Hold a valid UK driving licence
- Hold a CSCS card and own tools
