We are recruiting an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join a leading Facilities Management company that has recently secured an exciting new contract in the hospitality sector.
About the Building Fabric Technician
Provide Building Fabric Maintenance across a range of disciplines and across multiple sites & sectors. Deliver Planned, Reactive and Installation works in both internal and external areas to include but not limited to:
- Building: Roof leaks, gutter & gulleys, Brickwork, Flooring, Car Park surfacing
- Fabric: Internal cladding, wall tiling, doors, protection works, signage, carpentry, plastering, glazing, painting & decorating
- Joinery: Doors, panels, architraves, locks, handles, decking, frames, windows
- Plumbing & Drainage: Toilets, sinks, drainage, sanitary units, leaking taps & washers
Required to travel to various locations in order to fulfil their allocated task.
Personal Specification - Building Fabric Technician
- NVQ Level 2 General Building Operations or similar qualification (level 2 Diploma in Construction Skills Bench or Joinery)
- A valid and up to date CSCS
- Previous experience in Building Maintenance or Shopfitting
- Ability to repair and maintain a range of equipment
- Full Driving License
