About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager, you will oversee multiple projects within the UK water industry. This is a key management role ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage site activities, ensuring compliance with company standards and project specifications.
  • Supervise construction, fabrication, and MEICA installation works.
  • Liaise with clients and report progress to senior management.
  • Attend design and commissioning meetings, ensuring works align with drawings and technical requirements.
  • Monitor costs, progress, and quality control across all civil and MEICA works.
  • Maintain site documentation, including Temporary Works Registers and CDM compliance.
  • Deliver toolbox talks and promote a strong health & safety culture.
  • Coordinate workforce and subcontractors, resolving issues promptly.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • CSCS Card
  • UK Driving Licence
  • MEICA-related training or certification (desirable)
  • Temporary Works Supervisor / A61 Appointed Person (desirable)

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong MEICA knowledge and experience in managing site operations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of engineering principles.
  • Knowledge of DSEAR environments and ATEX compliance.
