About the Company: We are currently recruiting for a global Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They are seeking Senior Installation Engineers with a strong electrical background to play an integral part in their home delivery services. In this role, you won't just be installing high-end technology; you will be the technical backbone of the field operations, ensuring safety, precision, and excellence in every home.

Installations:

You will also lead, develop and mentor junior team members and depot managers ensuring best practice, quality and regulations are followed. EV chargers will tend to be a one‑person job; however, for 2 people it may be for extra installation for PV such as roofer and electrician, or apprentice shadowing.

  • Licensing: A clean UK driving licence (experience with 3.5t vehicles is a plus). This role will involve regular travel to depots and customers’ homes within a 60 mile radius.
  • Solar qualification is desirable; company will provide PV course too for ongoing training. EV is also desirable, but the training for this can also be trained and certified very quickly.

Interview Process:

  • 1 on a teams call with the Hiring manager and HR.
  • 2nd in person.
