Location: Field-based role covering your local patch, with initial training delivered in Luton and Welwyn Garden City to get you compliant and up to speed – all this is paid for by our client.
Hours: Five days out of seven, worked on a rota basis. 8 hours a day.
Areas of work available to local depot: Luton, Bristol, Romford, Croydon, Cambridge, Leeds, Manchester, Coventry, Oxford.

We're recruiting skilled Domestic Electrical Appliance Installers to join a home delivery and installation team, bringing technical expertise, care and professionalism into customers' homes every day. This field-based role blends hands-on technical installation with genuine customer service, giving you the chance to make a real difference to every household you visit. You'll be trusted to deliver a wide range of installations, from ovens and hobs to integrated appliances and smart home technology, all while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and install a range of domestic electrical appliances in customers' homes, including ovens, hobs, cookers, washing machines, dishwashers and integrated appliances.
- Carry out electric cooking installations safely, accurately and to current regulations.
- Complete appropriate electrical and safety checks on every job.
- Identify, report and manage any installation issues, faults or unsafe conditions.
- Maintain accurate job, compliance and certification records.
- Provide clear, helpful product demonstrations and guidance to customers.
- Deliver a professional, positive experience on every visit.
- Work closely with your delivery partner and the wider operational team.
- Take care to protect customers' homes and products throughout every job.
About You
- Experience installing electric ovens, hobs or freestanding cookers.
- Previous domestic appliance or white-goods installation experience.
- Strong electrical knowledge and practical installation skills.
- Confidence working safely and professionally in customers' homes.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a two-person delivery team.
- A full UK driving license; experience driving a 3.5-tonne vehicle is beneficial.
- Flexibility to work five days over seven on a Rota basis.
Highly experienced installers without formal qualifications, but with strong practical experience from a recognised installation provider, are also encouraged to apply. Please note successful candidates will need to complete a structured six-day training programme in September (three days in Luton, three days in Welwyn Garden City) before starting in the role.
