We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Remedial Works Delivery Manager to join our team, supporting works access in Hampshire. With a significant volume of outstanding remedial works, this role requires someone who can step in immediately and make an impact.
You will play a key role in reviewing, planning, and delivering these works efficiently in collaboration with engineers and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities- Review incoming remedial work requests and assess technical requirements
- Plan and coordinate works with internal engineers and external subcontractors
- Ensure timely and compliant delivery of all remedial tasks
- Maintain clear documentation and reporting on progress
- Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines across multiple sites
- Liaise with stakeholders across the estate and internal teams
- Ensure all works meet health & safety and regulatory standards
- Proven experience in a similar role within facilities management, building services, or construction
- Strong technical knowledge in either mechanical or electrical disciplines
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively
- Confident communicator with strong coordination skills
- Able to “hit the ground running” in a fast‑paced environment
- Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass Police Vetting
- Asbestos Awareness certification
- Full UK driving licence (travel across Hampshire required)
