About the Company: Our client is a small but fast‑growing business with a large private client base across London. They are looking for someone to support commercial boiler plantrooms, installations, PPMs, repair service and maintenance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plant Maintenance: Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs on commercial boilers, water heaters, burners, pipework, and HVAC controls.
- Fault Finding: Diagnose complex mechanical/electrical faults and complete first‑time fixes where possible.
- Compliance: Ensure all commercial gas work strictly adheres to industry standards, British Standards, and up‑to‑date Gas Safety regulations.
- Reporting: Complete digital job sheets, risk assessments, and compliance paperwork on company‑issued devices (tablets/smartphones).
About You:
- Good technical understanding of commercial gas engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Gas SAFE registered.
- Commercial gas qualified.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Flexible and self‑motivated approach to work.
- Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering high standards.
Qualifications:
- ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (CCN1, COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A/1, or equivalent).
- Desirable: Commercial Catering qualifications (COMCAT 1 – 5).
