This is an exciting opportunity to join a brand-new customer service team from the ground up, working across inbound, outbound and correspondence channels. You'll be based in a brand-new, state-of-the-art office close to Leeds train station and city centre, working in a hybrid pattern that blends home and office working. Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, as well as written correspondence.
- Building strong rapport with clients and customers, keeping the customer journey at the forefront of every interaction.
- Using Microsoft Teams and Outlook, along with dialler and contact centre platforms, to manage daily tasks.
- Accurately recording and updating customer information within CRM systems.
- Maintaining a high level of attention to detail across all customer-facing tasks.
About You
Essential:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service / Contact Centre environment is essential.
- Computer literate, with confident use of Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
- Experience using diallers, inbound contact centre platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
