Facilities Coordinator
Glasgow City Centre
£12.80
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (45 hours per week)
Temporary Contract | Approx. 1-2 Months
Multitask Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management client for a temporary Facilities Coordinator to join their team at a prestigious corporate site in Glasgow city centre. This role is to provide cover for a period of long-term sickness absence and offers an immediate start for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out regular health and safety inspections and checks
- Managing and supervising contractors on site
- Monitoring reactive maintenance works to ensure service level agreements are met
- Receiving and managing deliveries
- Processing and recording incoming and outgoing mail
- Supporting meeting room and event set-ups
- Undertaking general manual handling duties
- Acting as Fire Marshal and First Aider when required
- Providing a professional front-of-house service for staff and visitors
- Programming and issuing access cards
- Investigating and escalating site-related issues where necessary
About You
- Previous experience within Facilities Management, Workplace Services, Building Services or a similar environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Customer-focused with a professional and approachable manner
- Able to prioritise workloads and work independently
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- First Aid and Fire Marshal experience would be advantageous but not essential
