We are currently recruiting for 2 Gas Service Engineers to work across South Wales (CF, NP, SA areas) on a long-term social housing contract.
About the Company: You’ll be working with a large, well-established contractor based out of Liverpool, specialising in social housing maintenance and compliance. They carry out gas servicing, repairs and maintenance on behalf of housing associations and local authorities, managing high volumes of domestic properties. The work is steady, well organised and forms part of long-term frameworks, so there is strong continuity and consistent workload year-round.
Rates:
- Own van: £26.50 per completed service
- Company van: £24 per completed service
Location: South Wales. Work allocated based on where you live.
Gas Service Engineer: Domestic gas servicing within social housing, 8–9 services per day, paid per completed service, Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00. Face-to-face interview and assessment required.
Requirements - Gas Engineer:
- CCN1 (essential)
- HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent ACS accreditation
- Basic DBS
