We are looking for an experienced Multi Trade Joiner to work on a hospitality contract delivering building fabric maintenance and repairs across multiple sites. This is a permanent role with excellent pay and benefits.
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours, any hours completed over this will be paid at 1.5X.

Role overview: As a Multi Trade Joiner you will carry out planned reactive and installation works across a variety of disciplines. You will complete joinery, plumbing, building and general fabric works to a high standard while ensuring safe and professional practice.
Duties include:
- Joinery works including doors, frames, panels, locks, handles and decking
- Plumbing and drainage including toilets, sinks, taps, washers and sanitary units
- General building including roof leaks, brickwork, flooring and car park surfacing
- Fabric maintenance including tiling, cladding, plastering, painting and decorating
- Monitoring and updating CAFM systems and following service level agreements
- Representing the company in a positive manner at all times
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in general building operations or similar
- Previous experience as a Multi Trade Joiner in building maintenance or shopfitting
- Full UK driving licence
- CSCS card
- Ability to work independently with good problem-solving skills
