We're recruiting for an experienced Head of Contracts & Operations to join a long standing, reputable and expanding contracting business who deliver industrial & commercial fit-out, M&E and specialist projects across the UK.
This is a strategic leadership role—not day-to-day project management. You'll lead and develop the Contracts Management team, drive operational excellence, improve processes and provide valuable leadership to the team as the business expands.
The Role
- Lead and mentor the Contracts Management team.
- Drive operational performance and consistency across multiple projects.
- Improve planning, reporting and project delivery processes.
- Work closely with Commercial, Design and Sales teams.
- Support major project mobilisation and key client relationships.
- Champion health, safety and continuous improvement across the business.
About You
- Experience working on a senior level role within the construction or fit out sector
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Commercial awareness and excellent organisational ability.
- A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide.
