Multitask Personnel are looking for several Skilled Maintenance Electricians to join the Facilities Management division with a leading building services contractor. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for providing both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across hospitality sites.
Key duties for the Maintenance Electrician include:
- Delivering PPM, reactive repairs and small installations across systems including lighting, distribution boards, alarms, pumps, motors, BMS, PAT, HVAC and EV systems
- Fault-finding, repairs, alterations, and electrical testing in line with legislation
- Responding to reactive callouts and participating in the on-call rota
- Preparing quotes for installation and repair works
- Updating CAFM system records accurately
- Ensuring compliance with SLAs and site safety regulations
- Liaising with the Health & Safety Forum and HR to support Learning and Development, in line with site safety regulations
- Ensuring sustainable use of resources and recycling where possible
Qualifications & Experience - Maintenance Electrician:
- NVQ Level 3, AM2, City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installation
- Demonstrated ability to repair and maintain a wide range of electrical systems to recognised standards with minimal supervision
- Full UK Driving Licence Required
- Willingness to travel between sites as required
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
On-Call payment of £150 per week when on-call. Company Vehicle for work and private use.
