I am currently seeking to speak to Projects managers in Warwickshire who would be interested in hearing more about a role that I have with an award winning organisation, who truly care about their reputation within the market. They specialise in working with social housing organisations and local authorities and are seeking an experienced, self-motivated and proactive Projects manager who has experience of working in the social housing sector in a similar position.
Within the role you will provide operational support and be responsible for the management of the trades and supervisors, liaising with the companies Planning and Customer Service team to achieve agreed KPI's and cost value ensuring continuous improvements. You will develop excellent relationships with internal teams and client representatives, supporting the General Manager in achieving agreed departmental budget and ensuring compliance with all internal and external policies including Health, Safety and Environmental.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Knowledge of H&S legislation
- Working Knowledge of CDM and Building Regs
- Man Management skills
- Proven management skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- 'Can do' attitude
- IT Literate
- Driving License
