Location: Swindon

Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Pay: £17.00- £17.50 Umbrella/UTR (based on experience and qualifications)

Multitask Personnel are proud to be partnering with a leading property services provider, delivering high-quality repairs, upgrades, and maintenance across housing contracts. We are currently looking to recruit a Multiskilled Labourer on a temp ongoing basis, to support an Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installation team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their experience across multiple trades in a fast-evolving industry. The work is expected to last at least 3 years with scope for further work in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general labour support across departments, including plumbing, electrical and renewable energy
  • Assist with installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing systems, heating systems, and renewable technologies such as air source heat pumps
  • Carry out flagging, concreting and mould eradication
  • Deliver and set up materials and equipment for various projects
  • Ensure all tasks are completed in line with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Support the team to ensure timely project completion

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a labourer or multiskilled trades role is advantageous
  • Ability to perform physical tasks and manual labour
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical or renewable energy systems is a plus
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport
  • CSCS Card and DBS required
